Websites and e-commerce
Marketing sites and online stores built for page speed and scale, from a corporate site to a WooCommerce catalogue that takes a B2B exporter into direct-to-consumer sales.
Software development · Malaysia · since 2009
Black Dash Interactive Design builds websites, apps and custom software around the way a company actually operates, then structures them so search engines and AI answer engines can read exactly what the business does.

How we work
Every project starts with the business process it has to support, not a template or a theme.
Black Dash has built websites, apps and custom systems since 2009. The work has moved steadily deeper into operations: ordering systems for events, e-commerce that lets an exporter sell direct, blockchain applications, and machine-learning models that sit inside a team's daily workflow.
The same people scope, design, build and support each system, so every decision stays traceable from the brief to production. We have worked fully remote since the 2021 Movement Control Order, delivering for clients in Malaysia and abroad.
What we build
Marketing sites and online stores built for page speed and scale, from a corporate site to a WooCommerce catalogue that takes a B2B exporter into direct-to-consumer sales.
Enterprise systems, progressive web apps and native Android and iOS apps, specified around the workflow they replace: ordering, booking, inventory or internal approvals.
Workflow automation, AI agents, chatbots and custom machine-learning models that take repetitive, manual work off a team and give it consistent, data-backed output instead.
Content structure, entity clarity and structured data, so AI-driven search systems can understand a business and describe it accurately when customers ask.
Smart contracts, token gating and NFT platforms, including a raffle system where every draw can be verified, replacing lucky draws that customers had no way to audit.
Selected work
Each case started with an operational constraint, not a design brief. The client, the problem and the stack are listed for every one.
Custom system · Web app
Global delegates at a McDonald's Malaysia event needed to order ahead. The existing flow required payment at the moment of ordering and gave no real-time view of orders, so we built a dedicated pre-order system.
E-commerce · Website
An established office-chair exporter wanted to sell to consumers, but its corporate site had no way to do it. We rebuilt it as a store that serves retail buyers alongside the B2B catalogue.
AI · Progressive web app
Manual child assessments were slow and subjective. We built a progressive web app that uses machine learning to help educators record observations and track each child's progress consistently.
Blockchain · Mobile app
Lucky draws run by hand give customers no way to check they were fair, and the manual steps slow every campaign down. Lootz records each draw on-chain, so any participant can verify the result for themselves.
Send us the workflow, who will use it and when it needs to be live. We reply with questions, a proposed stack and a realistic scope.
